Dear Pablo,
I first learned of Grenada from reading Audre Lorde's Sister Outsider. I was couch surfing in Asheville, North Carolina in the summertime, and all i had to write in was a tiny 2 by 3 inch handmade journal, so I responded with this:

Learning History

Today I was sad
so sad
i walked slowly
to the chocolate store
and chose
from the case
a chocolate
let it melt over the tongue
of 1983, Grenada
